Inspection and maintenance of plain bearings
1 Inspection methods and methods for sliding bearings in operation
(1) On-line temperature monitoring: When the clearance of the sliding bearing is too small and the bearing is rolled, the temperature is usually increased. The PT100 thermal resistance is installed by the temperature measuring hole of the sliding bearing, and it is monitored online through the standard interface of the PC. When the temperature is over temperature, the alarm is automatically generated to avoid the occurrence of serious rolling and tiling accidents.
(2) On-line vibration monitoring: When the gap between the sliding bearing is too large and the alloy is peeled off, the amplitude is usually increased. The displacement sensor is installed on the sliding bearing pedestal, and the amplitude is monitored online through the standard interface of the PC. When the limit is exceeded, the alarm is automatically detected, which can be processed in time to avoid the occurrence of subsequent mechanical accidents caused by the de-watting.
(3) Periodic iron spectrum analysis: The iron spectrum analysis technique can measure the concentration of wear debris in the lubricating oil and determine the shape, size and composition of the grinding debris. Oxidized babbitt alloys can be produced if the plain bearings are poorly lubricated or if the oil film breaks during start-up or shutdown. Observed by a ferrographic microscope consisting of a two-light microscope and a reader, it is found to be black with blue and red spots. The amount of particles indicates the degree of wear of the plain bearing. With the help of the iron spectrum analysis technology, it is possible to regularly grasp the working condition of the sliding bearing and determine the inspection measures and maintenance time.
2 Main contents of sliding bearing inspection
(1) Wear and surface quality of bearing alloy: including bearing clearance, wear loss and wear properties.
(2) The actual contact angle between the journal and the bearing.
(3) The quality of the outer circle of the bearing.
(4) Wear of the journal: including wear, roundness, cylindricity and surface roughness.
(5) Combination of bearing alloy and bearing shell Whether there is crack and peeling.
3 Common methods for the combination of bearing alloy and bearing shells
(1) Strike method: use a small hammer to tap the bearing bush. The sound is crisp and no noise, indicating that the combination is good, the sound is hoarse or the hand feels aftershocks, indicating that the joint surface is peeled off.
(2) Oil immersion method: immerse the bearing bush in kerosene for about half an hour, remove it and dry it, apply white chalk powder at the joint of bearing alloy and tile shell, and stop it for a period of time. If the chalk powder has kerosene wet to expose the trace, it means combination Poor quality. (3) Penetration detection method: The detection agent consists of cleaning agent, penetrant and display agent. When using, first clean the part to be inspected with a cleaning agent and dry it, then spray the cleaning part with penetrant for about 15 minutes, spray the display agent. . If the inspection site has a shelling phenomenon, the joint will seep out the trace of the penetrant color.
